Working with Erin was the smartest thing I could do. I’ve had issues with GI stuff (namely, IBS) for about 20 years. In the last 5, as well as with hormones & aging, the bloating was so much worse. I was sluggish, tired, and just couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I had met with other specialists, ran several tests & bloodwork, but nothing came from it. I worried about the costs too.
BEST. MONEY. SPENT. EVER!
She worked with me, step-by-step, and lots of one on one. Follow ups, accountability— you name it. And she didn’t give me some “cookie cutter” print off you could find on a Pinterest. She put in the time, made a plan, and set it in motion. Erin couldn’t have made it easier for me to get on board. But the best part? She gave me the knowledge & tools to keep the momentum going. I felt so much better. My body was healing. The bloat has been gone, and my anxiety has been greatly reduced. It’s not just about food— it’s a whole body “internal makeover” and I feel GREAT! Even my husband noticed (and he was very apprehensive about this process!). 100%, I would recommend Erin!!

I would highly recommend The Good Gut Method. I was very successful in reaching my desired outcome and thought the length of the program was perfect! I was experiencing bloating and that last 5 lbs. that just would not go away. I suffer from a gluten intolerance, and cutting out gluten and dairy was not enough. I didn't know what else to do. I knew I needed professional help.
I liked our weekly chats as I felt very listened to, but I also learned so much. I appreciated how every concept was built on the next, so I wasn't making many changes all at once, but small and simple steps. I felt successful every week because of this. I also enjoyed the success at the end!! Between emails, her blog and Instagram posts, I was able to get answers and solutions. Did she talk about supplements? YES! Probiotics? YES! Daily habits? YES! Sugar? YES!! All those concepts you’ve heard about or thought about…she covers, and gives great reasoning behind it all so you leave truly understanding why that change is necessary. There were so many details that I was not aware of regarding fats, how I eat, when I eat, sleep patterns, exercise, stress etc. and how they relate to gut health. So many are unaware of how many things affect their health, specifically gut health. Taking things one concept at a time allowed me to make changes slowly but surely through the process.
In addition to the chats, Erin provides delicious recipes that we still use as a family...so tasty! It made all the difference to know that there was so much more I could eat than not! I established good habits that carry on today. And if I ever feel like I've fallen off the wagon, I reevaluate and hear Erin's words in my head, and then go back to my new way of eating. This did not feel like a diet to me, but a change in how I view foods, and what they do to me, and for me depending on whether good or bad. It was a lifestyle change opportunity, complete with support, ideas, reminders and encouragement. Food became more than fuel and fear to me. Food became my helper, support and enjoyment.
Erin is kind in how she suggests change...always relating it back to why this affects our gut. She was generous in her knowledge and experience...and I think her personal experiences with food make her a better teacher and support...she's been there. She was willing to answer my question, and what a difference when you feel your issues are so unique, and she assures you there are answers and you are not alone. We can spend money on our health today, or spend money on our illness later, and I think we all know which one is actually more expensive.

I didn’t know how it would go with Erin - not that I didn’t think she was knowledgable but I am studying nutrition as well and thought to myself “How much help do I actually need because I already know so much?” I realized I needed guidance and support. From my past experiences I would have fallen off or quit the elimination diet. Honestly, I felt really good doing it! Especially when I incorporated the lifestyle factors as well and made sure I got a lot of rest. I felt better than I have in a long time - I think even my whole life! It has helped me to make even healthier choices, and shifting my perspective from 'clean eating' to eating good food to fuel my body.

Working with Erin has been so amazing and honestly game changing for me!!
For the longest time in my life, I had been experiencing so much pain and discomfort and I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. I would try Advil or Naproxen to help when the pain would come but it was only temporary relief.
I had no idea that something as simple as chewing your food more times before swallowing or listening to your body and making sure you’re eating enough food was something I even needed to consider so as to avoid the pain from surfacing.
I loved how personable and friendly Erin was during our weekly check-ins. I swear I’ve never learned so many applicable things in such a short amount of time before :) Today, I’m aware and in tune enough with my body to recognize triggers or the things that I should be doing to avoid discomfort and pain altogether. I’m pretty dang happy about where I’m at right now in life, and I have Erin’s passion and knowledge for food and nutrition to thank for that!! :)

Working with Erin the past few months has been phenomenal. For years, I have been struggling with fatigue, achy joints, and headaches. When I started having debilitative migraines and vertigo, I knew I needed to do more. My body was telling me I needed a change and I needed to listen. There is so much information out there that it does not take long to get overwhelmed. For a long time I have suspected that some things I ate (SUGAR!) were making me feel sick, but with other factors like the weather, and good old stress, it was really hard for me to define on my own what the greatest offenders to my health were.
I have known Erin for a long time, and I have never known a kinder, good-hearted person. She has always been so encouraging and understanding with me, and I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. What I didn’t expect was the high level of professionalism and valuable content she runs her business with. Her program is so well thought out, organized, and well executed. I was very worried about being able to stick to the elimination diet at first, but with the provided meal plans, I didn’t even realize I was missing anything because I always had tasty food and snacks on hand! Erin did all the heavy lifting with meal plans and research, which made it easier to me to focus on my own journey and results.
What I really loved about this program was that is was not just a prescribed program, it was individualized to me and Erin focused so much on educating, that I now feel I could do a similar elimination diet on my own. Not only that, but I also learned stress management techniques, meal prep, and so much more that I now use every day! I honestly can’t say enough good things about all of it. Did all of my problems go away? No- but some of them have and now have a way better understanding of how different foods affect me and can make better decisions to avoid the worst symptoms. What I didn’t expect, but was equally valuable, was that by eliminating possible factors in my diet, I was able to determine the root of other outside stressors that contribute to my physiological well-being.
Erin is fantastic and this program is more than worth it!

I started my nutrition program with Erin a frustrated, uninspired eater. I ate because I had to and it was a very limited diet because I believed that was my only option.
Through the 10 weeks with Erin I have learned that I can be creative (not just chicken on a salad). I can eat with confidence and I have learned how to re-introduce foods that have been eliminated for years. I have enough tools in my food toolbox to proceed on my own. Erin has helped me create long lasting habits and has educated me on the best ways to heal my gut and to prep it for my sensitivities. I thank Erin for this.
It is truly liberating and I now have the power over the food not the other way around!-

Before I started working with Erin I was experiencing much frustration because I knew that something was wrong with my health, but I couldn't really figure out what it was. I was lacking my usual energy, I lost quite a bit of weight inexplicably, and was just not feeling myself. I thought maybe I had Celiac or a thyroid problem - there was a lot of guess work going on, a lot of hits in the dark, but once I started working with Erin she helped take that burden of guess work from me. She helped me narrow down my symptoms to figure out that I wasn't Celiac, but had a gluten sensitivity, and she helped me come up with practical means to address my health issue.
Working with her during her program, I was empowered to care of myself and my digestive health through the wealth of knowledge and resources she provided, as well as through her support and inspired advice to help me overcome the obstacles I was facing in reaching my goals. I saw success through her program because I was able to put my health as a priority, my energy was regained, and I developed good health habits that have really improved my quality of life. What seemed an impossible task, the regaining a sense of well-being and a good state of health, became possible. I now have confidence that as I continue to practice those good health habits I learned from Erin, I will see the desired results.

I came to Erin looking for support and to feel less overwhelmed about my allergies. What I found the most helpful was the weekly meal plans that were provided - they were SO helpful! The biggest change I saw in myself during the whole process was the self awareness I gained about my habits and food. Erin was amazing to work with!
